Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is actually the omentum.

Not really the inner lining of the stomach which i think is what most people imagine from what u said.

But more like a fatty connective tissue which surrounds the stomach. It's usually like a flap or a piece of "skin" hanging free on the upper part of the abdomen.

it's not good. But it's quite ok value for lunch time.
Free appetiser or selected ice cream.
    Edible lor.

I can feed my children in piece. My girl got french fries and ice cream happy ++ [laugh]

Usually otherwise i eat a lot of ajisen lol.

I'm also not not sure ... Since young I always thought it was the Stomach Lining ... I could be wrong ...

the quality of astons have dropped a lot, so i don't really find it better than jack's place anymore.

The quality isn't great ... But the price you pay for the food you get at Astons is pretty hard to beat ...

I used to go eat in the past. Now I've just given up on it.

They used to have better quality.

Last time, 3.5 star kinda steak for that price. Good value, decent taste.

Now it's consistently just edible. Last 2 times I've eaten it, i didn't even finish it.

Do you think there are 2 cheekon on the plate? I can easily eat 1 cheekon, but never tried 2 before.

The rice is the biggest challenge. Maybe can use a lot of garlic chilli to help, but still.... that one is almost like a ??.

If they impose time limit, then this challenge will be darn tough.
