Yeah la. It's a bit of been there done that type of mentality. Next year just do a ham and a cranberry sauce lol.

I learnt something new though. My mum hates the taste of turkey. I convinced her to eat one slice though she was reluctant. She spat it back out LOL
The ??? show u guys referring to is ?????

Hehe...dun worry about it, most lau lang dont like turkey de, quite normal :D

now in batam, stay in Harris waterfront quite far away from town, had a few good meals here.

Delima Seafoods (next to waterfront ferry terminal) - not a popular due to the ulu location, food average but cheap.

    IMG_20151226_211526.jpg

Dim sum ala carte buffet at Holiday Inn waterfront - claim to be #1 Cantonese restaurant in Batam, actually quite good and better than some dim sum restaurants here.

    IMG_20151227_150334.jpg

Dinner at Sei Enam - above average and reasonable price, good part is near batam centre and with aircon [laugh]

    IMG_20151227_204218.jpg

Opposite Sei Enam is Holland Bakery, heard they sell one of the best Kueh lapis
