have you tried Zam Zam and VIctory Nasi Byrani? If yes, which is better. I find Zam Zam a bit wet but never yet tried Victory and I was surprised they have Chinese helper in Zam Zam which previously not seen.

I think you are better off taking some pictures of Hong Kong Wanton noodle or desserts. You eat Hong Kong food everyday after all, why do you have to copy pictures from the internet and pretend that you are in SG? At least copy and paste something not so disgusting to start with.

Or you may also consider starting your own copy and paste thread like someone suggested. There is nothing to worry if you are clear right?

    Thanks will take your advice.

This is my recipe for my glutinous rice

    Ingredient

    20gm dried prawns
7-10 pieces medium size dried mushrooms.
1 good grade lap cheong (dice)
    1 Tsp light sauce
    1 tsp oyster sauce
    1 tsp dark sauce
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp pepper
    Hua tiao wine (optional)
300ml water (from soaked mushroom & dried prawn)
    Some shallots

    Method
    1. Wash glutinous (if possible pre-soak 1/2-1hr)
    2. Wash mushroom. Then boil water to soak mushrooms until soft. Dice the mushrooms. (keep the water)
    3. Wash n soak dried prawns (keep the water)
    4. Fry the shallots until light brown (small fire)
    5. Fry the diced mushrooms, dried prawns with some of the shallot oil. Then add the diced lap cheong, light sauce, dark sauce, oyster sauce, pepper and sesame oil. Then add the glutinous rice and stir the mixture at low fire.
    6. Transfer the mixture to a pot and pour in the 300ml of water.
    7. Steam for about half an hour at medium to low fire (Can microwave too but I am not sure about the timing)
    8. Garnish with fried shallots and serve.
