Buddy, u need to eat ice cream! I was 55 kg in the past and went doc for help. Doc says i can eat anything including sweets candies and all festive food. So i cut down my run and eat and eat. But still exercise still must carry on except that i noe my limits by *saving* calories so the weight can build up.
