Leaves to decorate before taking pic
Looks very nice... what is inside those rolls?
Those are grape leaves, which the Dolmades are made with.
The grapes leaves are rolled up with mixture of rice, meat, herbs & seasonings.
Self made ones are so much nicer than those sold in cans.
Same same!!! I had roti prata, one kosong and one egg plus milo peng this morning too.

Chilli in oil and this ??? as per his recommendation.
Asked the butcher for less fatty pork instead of the usual minced meat. The filling is bit lean. But doesn't matter so much cos the sauce is more important for ????

Slightly over $40 for those...
Good service. No gst, no service charge, no taste. Even the signature salted egg pork was only so-so. The soup was full of MSG though the ingredients were as fresh and original as they could be.
Healthier choice it maybe, but doubt I'll ever make a second visit.

Garlic. Onion. Shallot. Blend then fry till fragrant.
Add blended dry Chilli and fry some more.
Adjust taste with sugar. Salt and. Gula Melaka.
That's all.
