Bro, mine also papago. The very no standard menu provided shows that there is motion detection. Did u try? I on it, but it doesn't seems to record if I walk pass the car or move Ard the car. Any experience?

I think the motion detection is just a g-sensor that automatically locks the recording (preventing it from being overwritten automatically) when impact due to accident is detected.

I think your case is again being shortchanged by TE for them to meet their monthly sales figures. Imagine register on 31 Mar and you can only collect your car 7 days later? You're losing out a week's worth of ownership. For my M5, I collected my car 2 days after registration. Actually�could collect one day after registration, but I was overseas.

I don't find your question silly. Car mat and solar film are pretty much the standard items, u are not supposed to ask for them, however you should check that they will give you.

If I am not wrong, the key selling point for the deluxe is the moon roof and reverse camera. Perhaps you can negotiate to give up some not-so-useful-to-you freebies in exchange for the reverse camera?

Just a suggestion above. Before you sign on the dotted line, u are the king. Try whatever you can.

Well I'm not too sure, to be fair they did say that since mine was OPC, car plate has to be done by LTA and sealed by LTA too hence the delay.

It's normal to receive your car 7 days after registration. You can maybe move it to 2-3 days earlier. They need a few days to prepare your car for handover. I know you are antsy to drive your new car. Aren't we all?

From what I understand, you have one more year on your current Altis. You have all the time to negotiate the best deal for yourself. You mighty consider going to the other office (Leng Kee or Ubi) to look for someone who might look out more for your interests.

If you feel unsatisfied with the current deal, you can walk away and wait for the other party to get back to you.
If you have already told the salesperson that you really really like the car, then your negotiating power has certainly lessened.

Don't rush into it and when you see someone else having a better deal, regret not having waited.

Paintless dent removal is $25 - you can probably find them online although I don't think it's worth it cos it will inevitably happen again due to inconsiderate car/lorry owners. I think the motion detection is just a g-sensor that automatically locks the recording (preventing it from being overwritten automatically) when impact due to accident is detected.

Don't think they will ask you top up, either your car is not here yet or the feel that Coe is dropping or they can't handle the demand at the moment, given that some bro here need to wait for 7 days after registration. I thought they will bid pretty close the bidding when you sign? As for me, I sign when the Coe was 46k,they bidded my Coe at 46,999 and managed to secure the Coe. All in all, I was lucky to get my car within 1 month.

so fast they asked u to top up oredi? after 2nd bid? the difference in�COE from last month to this is only about 2-3k, dun tell they are unable to absorb it and as many mentioned, the profit margin oredi factored in at the time u booked when the COE was 2-3k lower.

You are probably a bit stressed over this but don't worry. What your SE offer you in terms non gtd coe? What I am asking is the contract terms should state something like X number of bids, non gtd. What is the "X" number and how many times they have bidded for you. If you are unsure how many times they bidded for you, let us know which date you signed on the contract, we can count for you.�

Second, in the current COE environment, we have (rather maybe just me) not heard of any SE asking their client to top up for COE. 2 reasons: 1) COE has been on the downtrend, 2) Mazda pricing has not been moving one to one dollar with the COE trend, hence Mazda definitely has buffer to pay for your COE.

Frankly, I am shocked to hear your SE is actually asking you to top up. If I were you, I would probably just head down to the show room on a crowded weekend and tell your SE "If you can cannot bid COE for me at current condition, please return my deposit now so that I can go to Toyota next door to book an Altis now!"

Do you have anything placed at the center area of the main console (above the center speaker grill)? The GPS antenna is located below it. Or did you install VKool solar film or something similar that can block out GPS signal? Else just go back to service center to fix it please. �
