From choice, I prefer to indulge in these delicious food once in the blue moon, which is like long long time.
Fresh and home cooked would be appropriate.
    What I made,
    1. Burger patties with onions, herbs and fresh ground pepper with minced garlic, salt to taste.
    2. Kale with beef, abalone mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, carrots and chili padi. Season with shaoxing.
    3. Hokkian me, 2:1 ratio of vegetables to noodle, with squid and eggs. Cooked with a dash of salt. Vegetables such as spring onions, Chye sim, bean sprouts, peas and carrots.
    4. Potato salad. (Odd right)
    5. Cucumber ( old yellow gourd) soup with ribs, scallops and wolf berries. Dash of salt.

I enjoy this brain food more...
    Delicious.....mm mm mm!

The canonical way to view Amanohashidate is to turn your back to it, then bend over and look at it upside down from between your legs this is supposed to make the bridge appear as if it floats to heaven, and bring good luck.

    Crystal jade (lunch)

    DSC_0023.JPG

Please dont visit the branch In clementi, food taste below my expectation and sub standard of crystal jade.

The steam chicken and xtal jade fried rice still "ok" but the spinach with 3 eggs taste cmi. The custard bun also so so. Siew mai also nth special. The chicken feet also sub par.

Ordered the soup, something like shark fin cost 18 a very small bowl, though taste not bad but serving size pathetic.

Sponge cake also lose to Tim ho wan. Quite regret eat there. Should eat in my favourite soup restaurant across xtal jade. It taste so much better, even the samsui chicken also more nice than xtal jade home recipe chicken.

The bill came out $119 After 10% disc. Feel bo hua. Got complaint to cashier about the food and for sure wont come back. No wonder restaurant empty during lunch time.

If really had to go crystal jade, i think its better to go in jurong point shanghai la mian or in vivocity xtal jade dining in/jiang nan. Even the one near cpf building in toa payoh nicer.
