Finally found something not nice at tiong bahru ???.

Ice cream mango - not the same as their picture display. The King's ice cream from boleh land or ice cream at mobile vendors taste better than this.

    Dinner at Chin Chin...

Rice, chicken meat, pork chop and ?? standard maintained.

But the sauce for the pork chop has deteriorated to a point where there's no tomato taste at all. Just coloured hot water.
Not to mention the ever overcooked Green peas.

    Is this steamboat?

I also not sure to call it steamboat, the bones came with the soup.

After boiling we drank the soup and finished the bones with meat.

After that we put in meat and vegetables, but the food very nice,

I am in Wuhan China, the food here is reasonable and very nice.

I was told even the Burger King here also very much different from us.

:a-good: I really enjoy the food in Wuhan and its reasonable.

?? is a very successful chain with good food at very reasonable price, same quality/ setting can easily fetch double or even triple the price [thumbsup]

Didn't know there is a Killiney kopitiam in HK. Went past today so went in to try.

    Got number satu!

    attachicon.gifIMG_0282.JPG

Teh is so so... nothing special

    attachicon.gifIMG_0284.JPG

The chicken, as my son described, was very "chewy". Hard to swallow. Taste is very ordinary.

    attachicon.gifIMG_0283.JPG

Laksa... no cockles, obviously. Taste ok. A bit too thick. The bee hoon cooked a bit too long and a bit soft.

    attachicon.gifIMG_0286.JPG

Kaya toast was the most acceptable one.

    attachicon.gifIMG_0287.JPG

    Bill definitely not acceptable. HK$280... S$50 :TT_TT: :TT_TT: :TT_TT:

    attachicon.gifIMG_0285.JPG

Wah liew, the teh looks like sai, thechicken looks terribly dry, the toast looks buay pai. The bill is bloody high! [laugh]
