Most of the time, they sell out by 11am on weekends. �I head there at 7:30am after pump Esso opposite and there is still a bloody queue. [laugh]

It is very salty, so normally I will use water to wash it first. then dry it before cook.

Regarding Bak Chor Mee, i recalled one of the best is at Marina Sq in year 2000 where their food court is at the `now John Little` place. Queeue was always long! I dunno is it hill street or wad.. cant remember..but its the best so far in sg! The mee are bery Q Q and chilli one of the best too.

She is still young so metabolism is still very high. Not easy to get fat.

When I was younger, also the same. Eat pizza hut buffet like every other week and wont get fat. Now, metabolism slow down liao. Eat one buffet need three weeks of sports to burn it off. U will not believe my weight when I was younger, weigh 65kg at 1.9m. SAF doc put me as PES B cos of being underweight.
