Just wanted to rant it off... went back to leng kee to check on the in car cam given by TEK, the camera hung on many instances, went in and they say they'll check come our 30 mins later say they did a hard reset so should be ok now.

I wanted to test and asked how to do a hard reset and I'll try on my own, he say very hard to do one, doubt you can perform the reset yourself.... its just inserting a pin on the side of the camera.....

On the same day, the camera hung again..... can I ask for a new set? [bounce1]

It's not an expensive mod... Just go for it! But i gotta warn u A frame is not easy to install due to the limited space.

And later i will post some photos how it will look like. Because i find that it will not be one's liking if the car colour is not dark (example red/white) in which u will see "black lines".

Btw I bought the full set they named it as 6D.

Sure can ask for another set lor. Obviously camera faulty.
Mine have different issues. Installed the camera by them, then 2 weeks later, no power going to the camera. Tested with external batt no problem. I wonder wiring also cannot install properly???? I will go ask them check during my 5K servicing.

Hi Guys, just a question. My average mileage on the meter is 9L/100KM.

During 1k servicing highlight to the guy he say normal for 1.5.

But then he still reset the meter for me. After 3 days reading back to 9L/100KM.

80% city, 20% highway driving. Rpm usually rev to 2.2 let it auto change gear.

Is this normal? Im just afraid there's problem with the engine etc instead of the meter thus the high FC.

Would appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance mates!

Strange if your car is stock... unless for every drive trips, there are countless traffic lights every 100ms and you had to start stop at every single of them every trip...

even if I rev to 3K+, and start stop at traffic lights considerably in city driving, 8.5L/100KM is the max,

and average out to 7.xL/100KM if including the 20% HW...

If 50% HW, average would go down to 6-7L/100KM...

You can go no wrong with Eibach. Their springs are a bit expensive, but are well built and have been through extensive testing. I assume you will get the springs from Lyonel?

Other springs that you can consider are H&R and Tein H-Tech. They should be around the Eibach ballpark price.

Go to Autotrend TPY better. They install with a relay at no additional cost.

Bro, the dark films is based on light transmission. You gotta talk to the various companies as they have assorted films with different light transmission %.

I just called TEK to book my 5k servicing and new time slot as they have night servicing on for 5K (if I heard it correctly).

Timing is 5pm to 8pm (Mon to Fri) without any parts or oil change (oil change only at 10k, information given by frontdesk lady)

I just pull thru and left it. Not very loose but its not locked up. I tot it only locks up upon sudden jerk? Does your child seat have the additonal strap at the top? Mine has and can be secured to some anchor points on 'dashboard' behind the seat if needed.

Same as mine. I also us the extra strap, but I can't use the extra strap when I turn it over for back facing as the strap will be blocking me when I putting my baby in.

For cat b probably not. Next one sure rise cos I got to know the reason of the drop. Few factors combined, but of course we never know. See rebate level of Honda and tek first...

There are plus and minus for this. For some of us who like to mod and who got our 1.5L Mz3 a few months ago, it's sort of a blessing in disguise� [laugh] . There are so many engine mods available for 2.0L Mz3. One can easily push it close to 200 hp. I can't imagine how much money we could've spent on engine mods with 2.0L Mz3 on top of the exterior mods.�

Anyway, if you have a trade-in car, they would value it lower when the COE is low. The trade-in value sort of go hand in hand with the COE value.

Finally received my M3D today and brought my family for a joy ride. So far did about 70km at FC of 10.5L/100KM and the number was steadily reducing. Will be driving to work tomorrow and see how it goes. Trying to keep my foot light but when moving off from a red light, rev can easily hit 3k for one gear, pls tell me this is normal.

I remember in this forum, someone said start engine should wait for blue light to disappear before moving off. Strangely i did not see any blue light when i first start the engine. Hmm....

Finally received my M3D today and brought my family for a joy ride. So far did about 70km at FC of 10.5L/100KM and the number was steadily reducing. Will be driving to work tomorrow and see how it goes. Trying to keep my foot light but when moving off from a red light, rev can easily hit 3k for one gear, pls tell me this is normal.

I remember in this forum, someone said start engine should wait for blue light to disappear before moving off. Strangely i did not see any blue light when i first start the engine. Hmm....

Do you see the blue engine light in the morning when you start the engine? It should light up if your engine has not run for 5-6 hours. You can drive off slowly when the rpm drops to 1k.

My trade in car is expiring this nov so no harm hahaha

Don't worry, you shld see the indicator in the morning. It only appears when u start the car with a 'cold' engine. :)

Not cheap due to shipping. Kit abt 140, shipping prob abt 280, and installation 150. Total 570. Hope this helps. :)
