This one jhj, but hor be prepared to smell like sesame oil when you finished the food and left the place. In fact, the oily smell inside is quite strong to the point of I might not return to eat despite it being so delicious.�

Actually celebrate early. It's in october. But I'm not taking any weekends off in october.

I left my daughter with my in laws, then drove to my parents place to drop didi off. Cos my in law only want to take one kid in� [laugh] � [:p]

I chose a sunday cos i know no traffic to slow things down.

The Vege bowl very nice, but usually it is 2 person share 2 different bowls. Or else boh bak, very emo.

Anniversary dinner cooked by wife.....................me only like the vege.

The cheese scallop - cheese taste too strong, no scallop taste.

Garlic prawns - the prawn meat not infused with garlic.

Been doing that since young, my mama teach me one. My wife pick it up from me. I go in-law place eat, they throw on the table and then need to clean the table. My method easier. But if got guest, then different story lah.

1. Laver (sea weed) soup with ribs and oysters.

2. Beef with Kailan and carrots.

3. Scallops, cashew nuts, bamboo shots and broccoli.

4. Cabbage with three types of mushrooms ( abalone, Korean and inoki).

5. Spring onions, ginger and pork.

6. Lotus root, minced beef patties.

All done in three hours. So therapeutic.
