A) Toyota Rush (Not the 7-seaters model) - Chinese family

When the car stop sideway, driver open the car boot door.

A lady (look like Maid) came out from there.

Not sure how many paxs in the car. Cant see from behind.

B) Hyundai Getz (Weekend car) - Boleh family

This one more stylo.

Total 6 adult 3 child.

Front seat : Driver + 1 Adult

Behind seat : 4 adults + 1 kid

In the Boot : 2 kids (look like P2-3 student)

A 21-year-old man was slashed following a dispute with a 59-year-old man at a bus stop in front of Block159A Rivervale Crescent yesterday (Sep 1) at around 9pm.

�

Stomper 13seagle was on his way to dinner when he came across the scene and saw a man lying on the ground.

�

The Stomper found out from bystanders that a dispute had occurred between a taxi driver and another driver.

�

He recounted what he saw to Stomp:

�

"A man wearing white had gotten into a fight with another man wearing black.

�

"By the time I was there, the cabby had been subdued.

�

"The man wearing black had his chest covered with clothes but his belly was exposed and I could see blood trickling down.

�

"He was being attended to by two to three bystanders before the paramedics arrived on the scene.

�

According to bystanders, one of the men was slashed and the weapon had apparently fallen into a drain by the side of the road.

�

A police spokesman provided Stomp with the following details:

�

"Police received a call on September 1 at around 8.27pm requesting for assistance along Rivervale Crescent."

�

"Upon arrival, it was established that a cae of voluntarily causing hurt with dangerous weapons had occurred.

�

"A 21-year-old man was conveyed conscious to Changi General Hospital.

�

"A 59-year-old man was arrested in relation to the case.

�

"Police investiagtions are ongoing."

We have nothing against these foreign workers who come all the way here to work for a meager earnings to bring back home ... They work in construction industries where most Singaporeans wouldn't work ... They are mostly peaceful ppl :)

Many months ago, my very first time I took a bus from the airport to downtown that needed to pass by Marine Parade just before Mandarin Garden. An Indian family came up the bus. I really got no idea if they are foreigners or locals but they spoke loudly like they own the bus.

�

The daughter probably late 20s or early 30s shouted at the guy sitting on the seat why he is not giving up his seat for her elderly father. The elderly father seems strong enough to stand and walk and travel. She kept going on, until the poor fellow just got up the seat and move to the back of the bus.

�

I always thought it is a privilege and not a right that some one had to give up their seat for anyone. But maybe I am wrong.

�

BTW, the rest of the passengers in the bus were shocked by the behaviour but there is no reason for us, the rest of the passenger to just keep quiet. My mistake.

�

Another trip to the airport, this time by silvercab, the driver very chatty, said he was a pai kia gone to jail before but now a new leaf. He said he try to avoid the foreign Indians. He said, these foreign Indians look down them as taxi driver and treat them dirt and order them around. On one occasion, he said, he told the foreign Indian, go and complain but please remember this is Singapore and NOT India.

As a father, I'm giving him benefit of doubt. Some kids cannot tahan one want to poop must poop. Some parents(esp weekend parents)�still haven't have that foresight to predict such things�from their kid so things�can get ugly.
