changed my coolant hose which was apparently leaking that time, but somehow fixed itself. couple of days ago, saw it drip again.. but i have a bottle of coolant standby in the car
the whole process took about 1 hr. there are 2 pcs of hoses, the top n bottom. bottom one took 40mins to take out, cos so difficult to access, had to go from bottom and it was very tight..
the top one easier.. think took bout 15 mins only
but i think it was still quite ok.. anw just change since i bought it already.
when i drained out the coolant, it could fit 2 pail scoops.. but when i put back, only can pour in 1...
so weird.. now i have 1 scoop of coolant (about 600+ml?).. can't fit inside the radiator.. reservior still full even though i let the engine run to pump the water..
and, now the radiator is leaking... i saw drips coming out frm the radiator itself, dunno if cos i spilt the coolant on it when topping up but don't think so. maybe i cracked it when trying to yank the hose out...
new radiator? but can i use an aftermarket radiator? prob frm the evo 6 or somethin, cos got 1 guy selling it second hand
