I think to be fair to the judge also.............because the case at hand is this bonker sued the soldier for assaulting him...........and the fact is an assault did took place..............the court look at the case from one angle...............and the law states so that an assault must be punished..........whatever the cause may be...........

err...the flat screen not fixed to the wall....its on a cabinet! Never been inside a dorm but the way the furniture (so spartan) and the clothes are hanged inside the room, who would treat their home like that!
