Their service is pretty good. I called them in advance to check on their W30 Stock and the receptionist promised to return my call after checking with the manager. She returned the call soon and updated me when is the stock coming in. Pretty sure they will store W30 for all Vezel owners in future

I just clarified with their Plant Manager. He said that its true that their WS do not have W30 EO (that's why I brought my own during the previous servicing). He said he will be bringing it in soon.
In case Owner wish to bring in W30, then he will not charge the EO.
He will communicate this info to his shopfloor.

There are certain things beyond PI control. A good PI will be able to plan and estimate delivery as accurately as possible.
Not just go by luck. If delivery early or on time, they claimed they are the best. If got delay, they blamed others holding their delivery deadline.

Due to the different stages where your vehicle is at, prediction can be difficult.
This is where your PI (who know the status) should be able to estimate as accurately as possible.

Unfortunately, some may entice you with unreasonable shorter delivery date to get your order.
I am not talking about vitas ready vehicles but those on shipment from Japan.

My SE told me only the Vezel S model has combo of fabric/leather for the seats. X & G models don't have, so I not sure how true this is....

My wife also don't like the idea of the free leather upgrade and will retain the fabric/leather combo for my seats as it is the original setup for my Vezel S model.

The agent told me that they happen to have ex stock but only white colour. All inspection done and ready to go. Just need to secure the coe. Somehow this ex stock comes fitted with the audio control from japan.

I was told that company can bid open category COE under the coy name and registered the car. If ur PI mentioned he has ready COE for you under open category, better check if he is doing a vechicle transfer. If it is, you will be considered as sec owner. It is not worth it. Better check carefully.i might be wrong.

Don't confuse the COE n the car. Also FYI, only goods vehicle category n Open category COEs are transferable. Cat A, B n D (motorcycle) COEs are not transferable meaning once COE is bidded under a name it cannot be transferred

anyway my current ride is going kaput in May. 3 months wait means 1 month without car. So all works out pretty well so far.. hopefully all is well when I collect my ride.
COE is under another name but because it is transferable, it will be tfr to your name first n then they will use the COE to register your Vezel so the car is 1st owner-you.

Hmmmm..i got mine around there right after coe bidded. Ex stock as well...apparently all the inspections were already done, except the extras such as the seats, other add ons, IU and lastly reg with lta.
