i didnt feel that balo was the best pool player on the pitch, but he also dun deserved to be the scapegoat. There are many more expensive players that are not making much of an impact as well

this weekend i watch quite a few matches, and the conclusion of we not playing fast enuf is probably due to our forwards not pressing enough. if playing lone striker, how to press effectively? the AM need to press like hell as well. Last season, SAS was doing that, opponents cannot get out of their own half effectively and they have no time to re group when we counter..

From the highlights I watched, I thought Borini played well. His strength is always his off the ball running and decent powerful shot. He is also willing to do the running in different channels though he is not as skilful.

in this season's first week, i saw newcastle played v well, and was unfortunate to lose. Surprised they went on quite a poor stretch. Now hope they don't play so well against us...

i am always of the opinion that he was played wrongly at pool. The main men were suarez n sturridge n he had to play second fiddle. Now that suarez is gone, he should b given a chance.
