I hardly eat their street food. When I am there, I usually take very heavy breakfast, and take along a few eggs and banana from the breakfast buffet for lunch (Swissotel breakfast quite good). I also have my whey protein shake with me for lunch, so I am spare from other food, of course I think not having dinner helps...LOL
