    Homecooked roasted chicken rice!

The chicken was a bit over salted but the rice was fantastic!

The secret ingredient is rendered chicken oil! Lol.

But luckily didn't turned out oily at all.

Execution wise i think nothing wrong, looks exactly like photo.

But few comments which I'm sure you've thought about before but i guess you are targeting the teenagers demographics.

    a) It's bit pricey and large

    - i mean definitely can't eat this alone. Maybe a one person to consume version would be better. Than can eat on the go also

    - price subjective to uncles like me, i still feel it's ok when shared

    b) There's no intergration between the ingredients

    - ice cream is ice cream, powder is powder, ice is ice

    - unlike an ice kachang or the taiwanese shaved ice whereby the components blend together to make the ice tasty. The ice here just tastes of condensed milk?

    c) it's heaty like hell

    - milo powder, oreo crumbs, crushed peanuts ...

    - i was looking for water after i ate this. I won't eat this if I'm having a sorethroat or feeling unwell

    - maybe a fruity version (but then would be similar to taiwanese shaved ice) would broaden it's appeal. No, frozen berries and cornflakes don't count [laugh]

Personally i won't eat this again lah unless b) and c) are sorted out. No sustained appeal to others except the ginahs.

I can safely say my parents won't even bother trying if i gave it to them.

    6/10 for me.

We're working for a smaller, takeaway version.

Integration wise, you have to mix it together before eating lah [laugh][laugh] at least that's how i see the Koreans eating their bing su when i'm in Korea.

the bowl is too full lah since u are using stuff which is powdery or flaky.

I mean if it's like ice kachang, the toppings are syrupy so they don't create a mess when u try to mix.

I tried to mix but gave up. milo powder getting everywhere.

Only when eat 50% liao then can mix.
