I used to sleep immediately after lunch when I was in the shipyard. Everyone does that. Can see bodies everywhere.

But come to office here, no place to sleep and not nice to sleep at desk. Cos no fix lunch time, everyone go for lunch at their own preferred timing. If u sleep on ur desk, ppl will think u are sick and ask u go see doctor. When I first joined, really buay tahan. I will go to my car to sleep or go to empty toilet to sleep. After so many years liao, ask me lunch time sleep, I am unable to. Esp during reservist, all my mates will be snoring away but I simply cant sleep. So I performed guard duty for them. Anyone come, raise the alarm.

I am taking famotidine daily as prescribed by the doctor. To be taken when I take my anti-inflammatory pills. I am prescribed with 400 pills each time, seeing doctor once a year. My anti-inflammatory pills, 800 pills each time, taking two pills each time.
�
But I will purchase 50% every half year so that my medication is "fresh".

I used to take that too but in the last few years, has lost its effectiveness on me.

Now I take Rennie, can get from Watsons or Mustafa's (cheaper).

For me, find the powdery chew type works better for me.

Used to take Mylanta when it was available in chew tablet form.
If you got tummy ache, try natural fennel seeds.
As a tea drink or in powder form.
