Suppose in UK where hamburger, chips & fried chicken most common. Several years back, one Londoner invited one of our food court, if I remember correctly Rasa Singapura to open a food centre in London to provide Spore cooked food to their ppl. Not sure tis food court materialize or not.

Bro, you mentioned lunch at 12...posted early dinner at 3.23pm. I bet you'll be having early supper at 6pm then 2nd half of supper at 9pm before the finale of this season of BPL at 10pm later. Early breakfast after that at 12am?

Seldom drink coffee with condensed milk but when I did, this is one of the rare, "well balanced" coffee I have tried. Not too sweet, too milky nor diluted but yet light.

Looks dry. Does your diet regime allows Olive oil or Coconut oil?
A diet with min. Carbs & no fat isn't ideal for the body or brain.
And if your body can't get energy from Carbs or fat, it will start utilising your muscles for energy. Therefore, u can exercise, do weighs regularly but will find that it's an uphill battle to maintain your muscles.

And if your body can't get energy from Carbs or fat, it will start utilising your muscles for energy. Therefore, u can exercise, do weighs regularly but will find that it's an uphill battle to maintain your muscles.Usually

Usually I cook with olive oil, but because of the travelling have put on some fat. Will be going on a holiday in June, and confirm is non stop eating, so I am cutting now to prepare for those food...LOL [:p]

I usually go low on carbs, but because I cut off salt, sugar and oil in all cooking, i went up on complex carbs like oatmeal, sweet potato and pumpkin in my earlier meals. Fat I get from my snacks of peanuts, almonds and cashew nuts and milk. I take 8 egg whites, 2 egg yolks, 250g of chicken or fish a day, total about 1800-2000 cal, that helps with keeping the muscles so far.

So far so good, reduced 3kg, pants can button back, and training not affected... [laugh]

2nd pic, redhill braised duck noodle, another stall there, also very good and popular. This uncle will try to slice different part of the duck to make up 1 bowl of $2.50 noodle.
