I am looking to buy a Honda Vezel but bec it is sold through PI, I am so afraid that they are not reliable. Any good PI to recommend me. PS: first time buying a car through a PI. �

interested to know this as well, though i only switch off aircon. and if i am waiting for a short while to pick someone up, i just leave my engine on.

Maybe its habitual but i still practise it. Switch off all electrical before switching off engine.

update on the A-pillar tweeter installation, i asked 1 audio installer in SG and he informed me even with the ABS, they can install it. through how much modification, any compromise of safety or not i am not sure. i think that 1 need to go down and ask, better if already with the car to be installed.�

I didn't know NCD is transferable.

How about my scenario:

current drive is under my brother's name, as per insurance. no NCD. assuming no claims, the upcoming renewal should be 5%, right? so instead of renewing, i buy a new car, can this 5% be transferred to my name instead?

Pioneer should be good enough but if want better sound then depends on the rest of the set up.

Sound has to be heard in analog. Our format of sound is digital.
Burr brown Is a DAC (digital analog converter) chip, 1 of the better ones in the market whereby even home HiFi DAC uses.

I stand corrected if the above is not correct. I am sire there are hidden dragons here with killer ice setup and/or home HiFi to share more accurate info for all of us to learn.
I am a music lover, from earphones then to home HiFi and now car audio..

yes for sure. needs good matching.

another impt thing is, rubbish in, rubbish out. we cannot expect a 128kbps mp3 sound like it is played from a CD, even if after you upgrade to good speakers.

i went to Hup Long on Friday, got quoted 115,800 with only leather seats and pioneer HU freebies. no solar film, no incar camera, no nothing. The SE did ask me to give him a price that he can work with his boss, which I guess means he can go lower. Thought I compare notes with you as well.

If you talking about full size cart bags, 1 or maybe 2 if stack on top of each other. Can only fit near the opening of the boot where it is the widest.

my question KM HR-V is 1.8L or 1.5L? if 1.8L it will fall to CAT B, COE will be about 10k more than Vezel, but Made in MY or Indon,

yeh i agree,timing cant really grab e best if really need e new car while old car needa scrap. But actually what i'm referring to is nego n tailor the contract which locks in the car body value, locks in COE within a small margin i.e rebate lvl, locks in cevs levels, and clauses to state consequential actions agreed to be taken if above promised is not met. i rather wat i pay for,if high due to coe n cev,is put in e paper value of the car,not in the pockets of e dealer. big COE fluctuations against buyer,can end up allowing the dealer to pocket 7-8k more,which may even be more than their margin of the car body. if buyer asks for refund and rescind contract, smoke bombs start to fly,likely buyer will swallow e deal. Conversely,if COE goes againts dealer in gtd delivery deals,dealer usually just refunds deposit. This was what happened 2yrs back,even AD will refund

Kind of agree. Many PIs around so we need not do business with those who only offered non guaranteed (though most should have both Non-Gtd and Gtd packages). Personally i feel best is to insert an agreement in the SA on the confirm date of delivery by when. Than just wait out for them to do magic, date comes by, usually they will deliver.

Nowadays cars come to sgp no need to tuff coat...most of the materials used r able to stand the 10 yrs of usage in sgp.... Fr wat i see, korean makes still do rust proof.....

Japan would have it already right? Google for pics? Usually a significant facelift would be 3 yrs and then followed by a major one in 7 yrs? Vezel launched in 2014...too fast to have a significant change I feel.

Japan would have it already right? Google for pics? Usually a significant facelift would be 3 yrs and then followed by a major one in 7 yrs? Vezel launched in 2014...too fast to have a significant change I feel.

Depends. If taiwan rims about 800 to 1.2k after trade in. I may be wrong though so best is call up a few big tyre shops to ask But original alloy rim may sometimes cost even more than the taiwan replicas.
