Has anyone attempted any claims? If so, what were your experience?
Reason for digging in was reading historical (past years) information on the web and realize most claims were usually intentionally delayed to avoid claims or successful with only non-new parts. Hate for this to happen to anyone with a brand new PI car ;)

This is a special price from my brother side as this sets they bring in for a body kit shop as moulding set....BTW for all vezel owner..I had my vezel since November 2014 ...and have order things from taobao..be careful of the dashboard item cause theirs is in left hand drive so most dashboard item can not fix ..They have not done the right hand item ..I have bought some of the dash item , but sad to say I have to bring back to them ...But no issue cause i go up Shenzhen every month so it's ok ...my God brother(PRC)is working for me in shenzhen..so its easy to purchase ..I can help you guys also if you do group purchase cause I have my own forwarder....

hmm,in my case i really have to say kudos to my PI for settling everything so fast. i'm not sure if others go to him,can he do the same thing,not easy. On hindsight,everything also kinda felt like it juuust nice fell into place for us.
Ideally i wanted to consign and "confirmed" sold the ex-car b4 i committ to the new one,downside is,no dealer is gona hold the vehicle indefinitely on few k deposit becos we never know when the ex-car will sell. To give some due respect to my PI i shall share only partially the "unique" situation we were in. In fact, i treat them as friends,so respect is still a must. Any interested parties wanna find out more can PM me.
In my case,only the green vezel hybrid was available for immediate registration which naturally commanded a higher price compared to 2,4 or even 6bids wait. in fact i was also calling ard all major PIs to enquire abt in stock hybrid. The next dealer who had in stock was Swift garage which if Autolink did not sweeten the deal at the last minute after negotiating with me for 2plus hrs,i might have gone to Swift instead. However Swift's unit was white,and i didn't want white albeit the juicy deal he offered,the juicy deal is still on though,if anyone wants to view the hybrid i have their contact (if the price was 3-4k lower then however, i wud have gotten the white without much thought.)
So in view of the above background info, chronologically, on 17th Jan i committed to the consignment and continued to drive the ex-car. On 20th,an offer came and i met potential buyer on 21st for viewing and test drive. He was still deliberating. On 22nd a second buyer made the same gd offer(can still be better),23rd sent ex-car for viewing and received verbal confirmation. Hence that night headed down to showroom to nego on The Little Green Monster, deal sweetened on the last min after closing hrs with a cherry on top,paid small deposit to seal the T&C discussed with some black and white done.
So for 1 week from 24th to 31st by right i had no ex-car to drive,my loan for vezel and buyer's loan for my ex-car were processed almost simultaneously. During the loan application lead time,i still used the car. Handed it over on 28th after work, 3 days no car, while all the installation,leatherization, registration and pressurization was taking place. 31st Jan, all was ready and my wife & I took delivery of The Little Green Monster.
wow..long story,but i hope the details shared can help potential buyers. dealers happy also as it lessens their risks by not personally buying in ur trade-in car.
Many people commented that they think the hassle is not worth. Only think, never confirm. It's subjective really. I enjoyed 6k higher trade in offer which to me, displayed true honesty, and 10k higher than trade in consignment price which was affected in the end,total of 16k. That was worth my hassle. Say i really have to wait 2-3mths,i would have gotten 4-5k off the immediate registration deal on the vezel, but an uncertain COE value. Means potential 21k savings to find transport for 2-3mths...still worth it for me...shiokness!
Anyone in similar situation may wanna contemplate the above-mentioned.

I think my nego skills not good. While I was very interested in getting the ride, the dudes at the particular PI were not willing to sweeten the deal for me after I went down and talked for 2 days. I think they felt that I was perhaps too young or something, and they only sent their trainee to entertain me who was unable to confirm anything (always have to refer to boss).

And the answer is always no... no to increasing the trade-in price slightly, no to increasing the rebate, no to lowering price slightly etc.�

So when the other PI gave me a lower price, higher trade in, it kind of made sense for me then.

Same here. I went with my colleague to the said PI. They send a young man entertain us. They are non negotiable and really Starks big contrast to other PIs. Was recommended by a friend to visit but was turn off with tough attitude from them. Maybe their sales is so good that they feel no room for negotiation.
They even demanded 20k deposit if we keen....omg!

About the servicing, I heard that if buy from PI then intend to go to AD arms, need to pay an "adoption fee" which end up maybe close to the cost of buying it from AD. Furthermore, the warranty most likely will be voided.

Loan and insurance usually depends on PI. Either 1.98% or 2.28%. The PIs also insist you have to take the 60% loan so that they can earn abit of what you would have paid the bank as interest, but in any case I aim to repay the lump sum with some early repayment penalty once it is possible.

very impressed with the creamy creamy creamy drive of the nissan cvt. have yet to try a cvt vezel for comparison though.
honda is set up more for performance...and from our bros here, cvt vezel is returning easily 15km/l? QQ 1.2T not returning those.fc yet..according to bros in that chatroom..nissan is a very user friendly work horse..big comfortable cabin and reliable i guess
1.2T if reliable,it shud be a good value car..the only thing i dun like is the way the gear knob and lever shifts..its like a china made toy feel..scared it might break.
very easy confident driving and the new QQ performs much much better than its old prev gen self. Compared to vezel,it lacks the fun factor somehow..looks wise it gets a bit boring after a while..vezwl still holds its appeal time and time again we see one

Bro, I think wen using the "keyless" approach, there's beep. But wen using "remote", there's no beep..

2. QQ rear cabin size is a tad smaller than vezel, but i wouldn't say it is CMI status. Because there are even more CMI rear room cars elsewhere. Decent cabin size to fit me at least. The driver seat cabin feels more spacious as it is wider. Only thing i dun like is the rear seating is very straight; yet still comfortable. Vezel can allow to lean back a bit which i prefer.
3. FC (of course!!)
4. Interior ;the visual feel of QQ may look nicer in pictures, but i would say about the same. Some materials feel plush and expensive, some looks premium but feels bland. (note: QQ made in UK, but 1.2T direction signal is european on the left while 2.0L is on the right. Xtrail made in japan, the overall interior material looks similar to QQ but feels much nicer. The QQ gear lever is the only thing i dun like, it feel liks a cheap china made plastic toy when you shift. The zero-gravity inspirec seats in QQ i like, very comfy.)
5. Exterior (personally i still like Vezel more as it is more "nai kan", however like i said if i can own both, why not haha...choice of colour plays a big part as well. Was telling my wife that if you compare the cars to a muscular man, QQ has big broad shoulders but a sunken in chest, not as confident and bold looking as Vezel which has a big full chest andok sized shoulders that are pulled back)
6. Drive ( I can't compare with cvt vezel cos i havent driven one b4, but i would say it feels assuring to drive the QQ, handles well. Suspension is more comfy, but cornering is softer and less sporty. Personally i prefer a fun yet comfortable utilitarian car. QQ lacks the "fun" factor. 1.2T has a very good eager to move off drive in short bursts eg 0-60. Didn't get the chance to rev it hard to feel the mid and higher end torque, however 2.0L mid and higher end torque was missing. I full throttle a short while until a dumbo "zhng like failed plastic surgery car" straddled 2 lanes. The engine roared alot but being a cvt tranny, it didn't pull much. Compare this with Hybrid, lose hands down)

I'm one of those who almost had my hair all pulled out over the 2. In the end I chose Vezel. The front is more Chio than QQ in my opinion and the Fierce headlight does play a small part in my decision. The dial is another factor. When You press the start button see how the dial from the Honda brights up and turns on. That's quite... Erm rocks my boat too.
Just coming from exterior perspective.
Interior wise, we like space esp at the back. Vezel wins in this aspect as well.

Did you use the lock/unlock buttons on your FOB? Mine only has visual flashing without beeps when activate door locking/unlocking via FOB.

The back seat monitors are from my previous car. Took them out and went for rewrapping of the leather to have the same colour with my seats.
They are made in China. Think cost about a hundred plus per pair. Not very sure as bought them way too long ago. Quality wise so far so good. Been using them for about 3 years.
