I duno what is major servicing but for me change oil, filter etc is 20min job. The filters etc also about 20 mins. so most things should be able to finish in 1 hr but that will mean they super free. Lol
Juz the material & parts replacement alone is much more than Stamford.
Stamford charge me additional for air filter & doesn't change fuel filter, drain plug gasket etc
Also checks is not as extensive as autosaver.
I agak2 roughly kena overcharge ard $100 as compared to autosaver package.

at least I left riverview I left as satisfied customer.

Where got major servicing one hr one... even my normal servicing took one hr.... major may need to change atf/cvt fluid,brake fluid, brake pad, engine oil, sparkies etc.. impossible to finish in 1 hr

Major servicing definately more than 1 hour, unless rush job or they use many ppl doing checks and changing parts at the same time ala F1 pit stop.
my major servicing = change timing belt set, including water pump.
normal servicing = change engine oil and oil filter
gearbox oil = every about 60k
the rest wear and tear is as and when i feel the performance is dropping
so far this serves me well leh... my car already 190k mileage ... lol

I only use apple at home, imac in my study and my wife using macbook pro. Close to 5 years liao, never had any problem at all, not even minor repair. And no need anti virus to slow down the system. Ok I don't usually do work stuff on my imac, as I do them on my company lappy if need to. imac is purely for personal use.
If you need to carry around in the house, mac air is good. If not, get the imac as it just look so good on your table

When you upgraded you iphone 3G, did it slowed down? mine also 3G running on OS4.1...sometimes, a bit retarded but i have used up 95% of the memory for songs...
You know the switch at the side of the ipad, to stop the screen from flip to potrait/landscape? it changed to silent switch with the OS4.2. Right? can change back or not?
