rear central divider is considered low, lower than most cars

as the folding seats have a lot of clearance under

as for the engine seankwa can reply?

    Based purely on my butt-feel...

    My ex-jazz '07 has a better pickup from 0km/h.

Mid-range & above, Vezel has more power (Jazz can be struggling in this range.)

Does not feel sluggish or underpowered.

In fact, feels more towards ready & yearning to go forward.

    Hope this helps.

Any bro can post a pic of their blue and maroon vezel...

I have only seen a white and black so far..

    Bro,

My "maroon" is not here as yet, targeted for mid-nov delivery as in my sales agreement with my PI...That is if the deal is successful. So hopefully no "chut pattern" form PI by then, and then I can share pics of it. Thks

A word of caution base on what i have gone through regarding delivery date. Due to lta inspection that we have to go through now, i don't think the PI will have the confidence to predict the delivery date. Unless the PI has on hand ready coe and cars and they are already given appt.date by the lta.
This is base on my situation only. :)

My situation : book on last week of june. Got the first coe in july. Car ship to s'pore on first week of Aug. Now then receive inspection date. Whole things took more than 3 mths.

Indeed AGREE with Bro TanWL1970 its the normal case, you might have to be patient in the whole process.

i and him diference of 1 month. (later) will hopefully get it a week after him.

For those intending to get ask/ check with PI abt stock availability first then decide

i made a mistake of selling my car too early....been car-less for 2 months already.

but managed to save some $$ on petrol with public transport....painfully inconvenient at times

I m prepared for the worse as I agreed with what u hv just shared..I still hv my old ride, so not so kancheong but of course hope for the best. My trade-in price is so called "locked-in", but again things can change. I will be keeping an eye on this month whether my PI will partake in the 2 coe bids

I got mine with full leather from Honda factory at additional cost from my PI.

The leather will include the door panels plus the seats.

As for car delivery, mine is slated for end of December and my current ride's trade in price has been locked till delivery of the new car.

    Ladies and gentleman,

Looks like a number of people interested. Can somebody take the leadership role and take some concrete action? It is quite difficult for me as I travel often and also due to my family situation.

One of the problem I see every body has different price point to enter and not everybody needs a car NOW and some may want to wait until COE drops. To make it simpler we should make the group buy ONLY for those wants it NOW. This NOW can be asap. Also it should be based on Price. That is, for example, I'm 100? confirmed I want to buy if price is below $108,000 on the road. Of course if we manage to get a better price it is a bonus.

Let's start a 100? want to buy NOW list with a price tag:

What's the bank interest now? Some PI quote 2.28% but some 1.99%. If price falls below 110k for X model can consider...however many PI price is avg 117k - 120k.

    Gotta agree wif Quantum.

I believe many bros here r current Honda owners including myself.

I've driven and compared both Honda & Toyota. Find that Toyota engines are a little bit more raw than Honda.

Other than that, both are equally good and reliable.

    Just my 2 cents worth.

It depends on yr driving style. Some like to drive and play with shifting gear. But I'm just plain lazy to shift gears so take x model will do. S model also come with rail roof. Some PI on price difference between x and s model is only $2k-$3k, can be worth while to buy s model.

I concur that. Especially if your Honda is JDM. Current ride is a JDM Honda too. no complains about its reliability and FC. Even considered extending its COE for 5 years more to use as second car if COE and condition permits.

If I get another car, it will be because I want to drive something different rather than for reliability issues.

Only thing is the interior of Honda cars are damn boring and safety wise (less airbags and thinner sheets of metal) a bit on the weak side of course cannot compare with contis.

    Pat62,

You are right. Some PI offered offered around that price but not a well known PI; so have to be cautious. But at least for us as a consumer we roughly know the margin PI is making.

    3. Pat62 (X model) $108,000.
I had earlier discussed with a pi and x model can be purchased at below $110,000 if 2 units ordered.

    Hi all

The interest seems to be good. Already 2 PI's have PMed me showing interest in group buy, including Damon a fotumer here. I also believe there are other PIs in this forum.

Can anybody take the leadership role? Thank you.

    1. dgeralds (X model) $108,000
    2. oxycover (X model) $112,000
    3. Pat62 (X model) $108,000

Was told by PI that you don't need additional solar film for all the windows as it come tinted.

The main purpose of solar film is not justfor marking the windows look dark but also for blockingUV and infrared. You should told the PI that for those tinted windows apply clear film for blockingUV and infrared rather then nothing.

If my package states solar film provided I would expect them to do up the whole car, not half way and also pass LTA inspection.

    Hi Damon,

So if say more than 3 of us in this group are interested in getting 1 each, what's the best package (price, number of bids, etc) you can offer us?

Maybe you can provide more details so that we can see the response from the 9 of us here. No point in having a representative if the package doesn't entice any of us.

they're small players in automotive industry, and only capable of bring in small amount of vehicles in contrast to dealers like VW, BM & etc...

not many people wants to buy demo car, and PI have to sell it cheaper to get it sold... which in return is a loss
