I think he will be up rated to 92 or 93 given his performance for FC Porto in real life. If he moves to an elite club, he can go up to 95. I rate him higher than Hulk.

i can only buy max 3 players from any one team per season. Irregardless managed or unmanaged.
Selling wise got one unmanaged team manage to buy back more than 3 players back from me in the same season.
Take a peak at "Palermo" and "West Ham" transfer record.
