and nearby got straight bus to Jurong East interchange and near jusco, suteria mall and tesco.....

For investment, yes KL got better chances.. but for stay, juz outside KL(up to 1 hr trip to KL centre) will do the trick... cheaper also
For JB investment, abit tricky plus the security cloud creates too much unknown factors
