but last nite, no lock on at all, though there were rockets flying around my heli. i think it's the AT missile

One bad thing though is that most people don't know that the alt fire can actually lock onto traced vehicles.
And that the gunner can shoot tracers with his alt fire.
Don't forget the Apache Pilot also has flares.

But I dont recall the Apache having any sort of counter measures.
yeah, the Apache Pilot has a TOW Missle. No flares though.
Thats what I thought.
The Apache does have Flares. When me and 2 squad mates were in a empty match, I tested it out. After I shot my TOW, the flares started deploying.

and you all know you all can target all transport with a tracer dart hor.... i managed to stick one onto an apache before... got 100 points i think....

But damm hard to arm the charge coz it's totally in the open and the moment you approach the station, the enemy just whack you.....

VSS is the last sniper gun? it has fast fire rate, low recoil but low damage..... based on previous experience on BC1..... was my favourite gun because it is almost silent when firing.... so enemy duno where it come from...
