A fishing boat carrying nine men, including the two Singaporeans, capsized after being hit by a tanker on Saturday, September 24, at 10pm.
Five other Singaporeans were rescued and are now back in Singapore.
They are Sim Hong Heng, Goh Kian Seng, Lim Kim Huat, Pang Way Sang and Pan Poh Loh.
The Malaysian boat captain and crew were also rescued.
Five Malaysian maritime officers left Tanjung Sedili at about 7am on Wednesday, setting out 102 kilometres to the collision site near Pulau Aur.
It is believed Mr Peck was the Singaporean with the life jacket, who left the pack to swim after the first fishing boat that appeared within their radius.
Mr Tan, on the other hand, is believed to have been sleeping at the stern of the boat when the tanker collision occurred.
Malaysian authorities told Channel NewsAsia on Tuesday that the search and rescue operations will most likely be called off after Wednesday.
But patrol boats will still be on the lookout for the missing victims.
The authorities said investigations to the cause of the accident is on-going.
No one has been arrested as no criminal evidence has been established.

HONG KONG - Two Hong Kong-bound flights carrying more than 600 people narrowly missed each other over the Asian city, officials said on Tuesday, after pilots scrambled to react to warning signals.
A Cathay Pacific Boeing 777 arriving from New York and a Dragonair Airbus A330 from Taiwan were both told to hold off landing due to bad weather on Sept 18 but strayed into each other's path.
Airline officials said they were 2,000m apart at the same altitude south-west of Hong Kong airport when the traffic collision avoidance system warning sounded.
The Dragonair pilot put his aircraft, carruying 284 passengers and 12 crew, into an immediate climb while the Cathay flight, with 299 passengers and 18 crew on board, descended to resolve the conflict.
According to Hong Kong's former civil aviation chief the two planes came within six seconds of impact, based on their distance and normal aircraft speed.
'The chance of a crash is absolutely high. The passengers really came back from hell,' Albert Lam told The Standard newspaper.
A spokesman for Cathay Pacific, which also owns Dragonair, said that there had been a 'loss of separation' but said: 'There was no risk of collision and at no time was the safety of the flights compromised.
'At the closest, they were 2,000m apart when abeam from each other with increasing vertical separation.'
Both flights landed at the airport without incident, 14 minutes apart.
Cathay said the incident has been reported to civil aviation authorities and pledged to cooperate with the probe.

Lawyer M Ravi's client, Tan Eng Hong, was initially charged under Section 377A, but the Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) replaced the charge to committing an obscene act in public, after Mr Ravi filed the constitutional challenge.
The Straits Times reported that Mr Tan, 48, and his partner, Ching Chee Shyong, 41, were both convicted and fined $3,000 each under the new charge.
Mr Ravi then asked the Court of Appeal to allow the constitutional challenge to be heard on Sep 27. He said this was necessary because the law allowed possible prosecution of gay men in the future, even though Members of Parliament had said they would not be prosecuted for sexual acts in private.
He also added it was discriminatory, as the maximum two-year jail sentence for gay sex in public places is heavier than the maximum of a three-month jail term for sex between a man and a woman in public. There is also no law that criminalises sexual acts among lesbians.
However, Deputy Public Prosecutor Aedit Abdullah said there was no need for the challenge, as Mr Tan was charged for committing an obscene act in a public place to the annoyance of others. Since he was not prosecuted under 377A, he could not argue that his constitutional rights were being violated by that particular law.
But DPP Abdullah also told Appeal Judges Andrew Phang and V K Rajah and Justice Judith Prakash that the AGC cannot give a 'binding promise' that gay men would not be prosecuted under 377A.
