The"revolutionary" treatment sounds ridiculous.
But a Thai natural health practitioner claims she is the only one in the world who knows how to slap you into shape.
It may take one slap too many, but the end justifies the means.
Ms Khemmikka Na Songkhla, 44, told the Bangkok Post that she learnt the unlikely technique from her grandmother, who began slapping women after seeing a flat-chested teenager attempting to boost her assets with creams.
The slapping technique has been handed down over generations. It involves a good deal of kneading, massaging and pummelling of the area.
This is how it works: She shifts fat from one area to another, kneading excess fat towards the breasts.
Better known as Khunying Tobnom, Ms Khemmikka has cornered the Bangkok market on buttock-slapping, which firms the rear, and face-slapping, which tones the visage.
"In the olden days, people didn't share it much because back then, people didn't care about breast size," she told the Bangkok Post. In demand
But now, it seems her skills are very much in demand.
Doubters of the treatment's efficacy may be assuaged by the Thai government's endorsement of her trade.
The Independent reported that a study by the Thai health ministry found that vigorous massage left volunteers' breasts measurably bigger.
The ministry even sponsored a programme that saw women learning to slap their breasts to enhance their size as an alternative to surgery.
Ms Khemmikka claimed that her clients can expect to gain a couple of inches, post-abuse.
It's not that she treats every woman who walks through her door. Some women will have to go home "unslapped" because she said "their breasts are too small to be enlarged".
Meanwhile, clients said that sitting through the pain has reaped rewards.
"I like it a lot," one satisfied customer was quoted as saying. "I came here because I don't want to have plastic surgery. This treatment gives fast results and it's safe for my body. After the treatment, I feel a little pain, but I can stand it."
For those who are struggling to give themselves a new look, it may be well worth making a trip to her clinic. The six 10-minute sessions will set you back by about US$380 (S$500).
Yet, Ms Khemmikka remains realistic about the treatment's potential. "If you really want to enlarge your breasts, have plastic surgery to get them as big as you want!"

The cost for "home-cooked food" is RM200 while "international cuisine" costs RM170.
Sometimes, the syndicates would also give "menus" such as Thai tomyam soup, China Cantonese fried noodles and Indonesian spicy prawn to their customers.
The messages state that the customers have only 45 minutes to "taste the food".
According to the SMS, the syndicate would arrange delivery of prostitutes to their customers once they receive the "orders".
Most of the prostitutes were said to be below 25 years old.
