Ok I have nothing against them but I remembered a recent TV commercial showing Mr Yaccob Ibrahim QUEUING to buy food at Adams Food Center... if can't walk the talk don't show the commercial lah!! So it's like ONE can queue for food the other need special priority?

Silversea is just next to Parkway Parade (my playground too).

No wonder I keep seeing people pushing trolleys out of the shopping center towards the silversea direction and I wondered if they ever returns them.

Today I got my answer.

Some more blocking handicap lot...... see the row of parked bicycles behind the handicap lot, apparently the residents give scant thoughts for the handicap population...

The condo guards should keep out these inconsiderate residents ...

Anyway, pretty stressful and tiring for the malls' staff to push back the trolleys ....

I see this as a reflection of attitude of the whole condo population.�

I mean, in a MCST situation, the residents who feel that this is ungracious and wrong can easily sound it out to the management committee to do something about it. But that did not happen and that can only mean the majority of the condo residents condone this act or worse participate in it.

At risk of sounding xenophobic, this condo has high level of rentals based on my casual observation of the residents walking in and out of the condo every time I use the round-about just in front of it. That may have contributed to the level of nonchalance toward such ungracious behaviour since the majority non-owners are not long term stakeholders.

Nowadays, quite common to see more than new condos having more than 60% small units (2 bedroom and smaller). This ratio used to be ard 45%-55%.�

More tenants = Facilities deteriorate faster. Visited some of the relatively new condos (abt 3-5 yr old) that fall into this category and compare those with smaller proportion of smaller units in the same locale. �

And at AGMs, find out the hard way when resident owned units and specuvestor owned units do not align...

Everyone can be nonchalant in defending if his upbringing teach him that thereally is nothing wrong in his action/speech.

However is the abuse of public resource (ica) there is utmost concern. Do they do thorough search on his vehicle? Can they bring in illegal stuffs? Abusing his MP elect authority and I can't imagine how many "STATIONRIES - public property" him and his RC stole for the word convenient sake.

This is not the so call official trip aether TP escot you over. This is grandfather/mother trip. IF he is not abusing his MP identity. I don't know what is it then. Oversea there will be riot/demostratoon to bring him down. Only Singapore where many complain but still vote for him. There is a word to describe. I can't use it here.
