Good news is he is in contention to start for Germany against France because of injuries to German midfield. That means he can kelong to bring Germany out of euros and finally go for holiday

I have good news and bad news. Let me start with bad news. Because of euros, Can is going to miss the whole of USA tour and only be back in August. According to latest Euro 2016 website, Emre Can (defender) took a full part in contention to start next game. Mats Hummel had second yellow during the recent Ger-Ita encounter; so he will not be eligible. Bastian Schweinsteiger is facing a race against time to return to full fitness. Sami Khedira has also been ruled out of Germany' semi-final.

If chosen, Can would probably be playing alongside Jerome Boateng, Jonas Hector and Benedict Howedes.

Germany vs France will be looked upon as the real "final". A "Must watch" occasion.

I really really dislike prc commentators. They talk all kinds of rubbish during the match.
He should have scored that, he should have done this done that, even talk about maybe weather affecting him. Simi lj extra stuff also gong. Like to add their own personal interpretation into the match.
Makes the whole match very irritating to watch.

As the games are always at 3 am when whole family is asleep (except my son and I), we keep volume to very low just so to have some sense of noise (dun want feel like looking at silent movie...). But inevitably, when there are good shots made, the commentators will shout loudly and excitedly (so much so that i can hear a bit)

I think he was shocked at how the players played so badly. I bet he didnt expect them to be so poor, especially on a major cup final. The Uefa cup final itself is more than enough motivation for the players to perform but somehow they let everyone down. I am sure the defeat is a good indication to Klopp that he has a lot to do before we come good.�

Sissoko like those flashy French players from Newcastle are preferred by Chelsea actually.

Lucas can play CB. Alternatively, there are lots of free agents around like those released by EPL clubs eg ManC's Martin Demichelis or Stoke's Marc Wilson etc. lol :))

i've watched the 3 friendlies (or at least most of) and have the following thoughts. it feels like he put out the "stronger" team in the first halves�

1. Karius has had little to do. But he did have a lapse in concentration last game agst wigan. otherwise, ok when called upon.�

2. matip looks decent, but cant judge frankly. him + lovren together cut out most crosses easily, as expected. But its pre-season agst lower oppo.�

3. the left side is still weak defensively. mane was experimented on the left in front of moreno once (in the fleetwood game i think), i think thats the best we have for now. �putting coutinho there doesnt work for me, coutinho + moreno is just asking for trouble.�

4. Ejaria caught my eye. i think he's probably why ibe was shipped. honestly, i think his technical ability is ahead of Lallana, i guess thats saying alot.�

5. Grujic is a monster. i like what i saw. Big and good technical ability. him + Emre in the middle would be my first choice. this means milner will be shunted to the right again, with no space for henderson/lallana/

6. Woodburn is too young. please let him develop.�

7. Ings offers a steady striking option. Firminho is just too inconsistent.�

8. i didnt really notice the other kids.�

�

Overall, i think we have a huge squad now, with enough cover on the right and from midfield up. Klavan adds to the cb pool.�If wijnaldum can play down the left mid, i think its good enough.�

2. matip looks decent, but cant judge frankly. him + lovren together cut out most crosses easily, as expected. But its pre-season agst lower oppo.�Sakho's only problem is he is injured prone. If not i believe he will be first choice with Matip. But I would not rule out Lovren as he is a decent passer and obviously more assertive and aggressive under Klopp. If he plays without a weight on his shoulder he should come good.�

3. the left side is still weak defensively. mane was experimented on the left in front of moreno once (in the fleetwood game i think), i think thats the best we have for now. �putting coutinho there doesnt work for me, coutinho + moreno is just asking for trouble.�The newcastle player we are linked with can play left side. But any of this potential signing, Coutinho, Mane, Lallana, Milner and Firmino can rotate and inter-change with each other. This will allow Klopp to maintain the same system even if one or two of them are injured.�

4. Ejaria caught my eye. i think he's probably why ibe was shipped. honestly, i think his technical ability is ahead of Lallana, i guess thats saying alot.�There are quite a few youngsters with potential. I suspect Klopp rate Ojo too.�

5. Grujic is a monster. i like what i saw. Big and good technical ability. him + Emre in the middle would be my first choice. this means milner will be shunted to the right again, with no space for henderson/lallana/ Still unsure if Klopp will sign a real central midfielder. The newcastle player Wijnaldum can also play in the middle but his best position according to him is behind striker, a no 10.�

6. Woodburn is too young. please let him develop.�16 years old and still in school.�

7. Ings offers a steady striking option. Firminho is just too inconsistent. Wouldnt be surprised if Klopp prefer Firmino and Origi as lone striker role. Your current starting picks you forgot about Sturridge, which I believe tend to slow down attack and counter attack when he has the ball. So If I am Klopp, I will ask Sturridge to concentrate on doing runs and into the box more often. Ings is definitely Klopp's kind of players so I believe he will feature more often than not.�

8. i didnt really notice the other kids.�Cameron Brannagan is the one with the calmness and technical ability and we have high hopes for him.�

Overall, i think we have a huge squad now, with enough cover on the right and from midfield up. Klavan adds to the cb pool.�If wijnaldum can play down the left mid, i think its good enough.�

Newcastle are interested in Flano or Lucas as part of the deal for Wijnaldum. I would think Lucas prefer to stay in England and working with Rafa again so this could work for him.�

That's what I also thought of ... Flano is still young and can provide much needed cover ...

Lucas has been a good servant throughout the years ... sad to see him leave, but for his career, its good for him to get some first team football though at a lower league ...

Flano is also linked with Celtic (Useless manager who only know Liverpool and Swansea players) and Burnley on loan. Dont think Klopp will let Flano go without enough cover on fullbacks. As for Lucas, I prefer to keep him but he will most probably leave.�

But he is right you know?

Lucas started out as a box to box player and win Brazil league player of the year in that role...
Then he play DM.... And slowly become the best dm we have in recent history....
Next he play CB and Guess what... He also happen to be the best CB we ever had during that period....

Now someone who is a box to box and can play DM and CB... Surely he can play more position then just these.
