No idea on the context bro. Not sure who presented the shirt to him and why.

Zielinski is a bit of a cross between Can and Allen and unlikely he will fancy a number 10. One rumour I heard is 17.... That's Sakho's number.

    We will know soon.

Regardless, Zielinski should be in the bag liao.

Pool moving fast again this window. Zielinksi and Karius wrapped up as soon as their teams played the last game of the season. Hoping for similar trend with Gotze next week.

Yes bro. That's why FSG love Klopp to bits. He doesn't want to sign superstars. He wants to make them. :D

Gotze is slightly different because he is half way through developing him when Bayern comes calling. To Klopp, it is like a sequel to work with Gotze again.

That said, for certain position, he is actually looking at quick fix. The controller is one. His top target is Gundogen but unlikely to land him. As of now, no info on who he will be targeting from the list of alternatives

Given his playing philoshophy, I believe Klopp has clear ideas of the type of players to bring in, and doing so in low key fashion continuously away from media glare. Those youngish good players targetted are those who can be transformed into great playmakers and finishers. He wants players who are willing to play for Pool believing in his leadership.

Gotze, a lethal finisher, would definitely be a great fit for Pool's style. Make sense to buy Gotze and sell big Ben and thus provide rotation options and competition upfront.

well we are speaking as if Gotze is in the bag haha.. let's keep our fingers crossed. I believe Pool should be the front runners due to Klopp's past relationship with him.. but the thing is that he will have no lack of suitors from Germany, England or even elsewhere.

Very good reflexes. Penalty saving very impressive. Fast off the line, suited for high line defense and most importantly, good distribution with his feet.

Main weakness maybe on his handling. he doesn't try to catch high balls, prefers to punch.

I like Klopp style of buying players. Causing panic button to other clubs..... [smash]

Starts very early, discussing here & there and when the actual window open, sign nothing ...

Just like the Jan transfer window, scout here & there, talk here & there and ended sign one player of which loan back to Red Star Belgrade .... :a-fun:

And other clubs paid high price to snatchplayers from Poolonly to be left out after half season.

Pool had been doing that for years. Players like Mohd Salah (gone to Chelsea), Sugerson (Spurs), Barry (Mancity),... etc. :secret-laugh:

Said before Migs will be replaced by a German keeper.

3 names given then, Ter Stegen, Karius and Horn.

Ter Stegen I believe is willing to move for more game time but Barcelona won't sell him cheap. Realistic option is actually Horn and Karius.

Klopp decided on Karius with good reasons. Karius speaks good English, easier to communicate with the back line. Also, our scouting and recruitment people knows him well from Man City days. Easier for Klopp to talk to Mainz too.

I think from now on, will be different bro. Klopp has the first and final say on transfers that will move thing fast. Just like Alex Teixiera then. Shakhtar asked sky high price, Klopp pulled the plug.

The players we wanted are all identified early. Those who can be signed up early will be done early. Klopp wants all the players to be in before pre season if possible.

We will see how transfers are done effectively now with Klopp calling the shots

    • Arsene Wenger says Stan Kroenke is ready to invest "as much money as we want" to rebuild Arsenal, with Leicester's N'golo Kante among three players targeted. (Daily Mirror)
    • Pescara striker Gianluca Lapadula is keen on a move to Leicester and says he could form a dynamic partnership with Jamie Vardy. (The Sun)

My spurs supporting Friend has discussed with me. A very cheap n good striker to buy in bpl citeh is ikeancho?

With new boss pep coming in and potentially changing half the starting 11 this young exciting fwd could be like our DS. He just needs more playing time to develop his full potential. Most likely he aint gonna play much as pep has little trust in previous regimes.

If ponchetino scouts is good. Maybe a 15m pound could tempt them to sell? Rather than throw 25-30 on foreign untested strikers.....

In theory, it's an offence to tap/speak to another player without his registered club's green light.

That said, almost every club does this but I do wonder why a player would want to come out and say this? My lips would be sealed if I were them.

After Moreno's yesterday horror show, this signing should be pushed through. Forget about Chilwell I say. Moreno needs someone to learn from, not just compete with.

Also heard that Jonathan Tah is in the stand with his agent yesterday. Will be great if there is something ongoing. Tah and Gomez can form a long term Pool's CB Partnership

I really appreciate the time and effort u always put in during the transfer window to keep the rest of us updated(especially on LFC). Best thing is most of your 'rumours' come through.

    Thank you once again.

Depay's career at Man Utd likely over.

Created a scene in a team meeting and got into a fight with a teammate.

Very glad Pool dodged a bullet there.

With Jose taking over at Man Utd, now we all know why clubs like Liverpool and Arsenal are moving fast.

There will be massive shake up at both the Manchester clubs. You don't want to be chasing the same targets as them. Basically, you stand no chance.

I'm surprised Arsenal paid so much for him, looks like I'll have to eat my words about Wenger's tight fist approach. Or is he getting desperate?

I like to think he's aware that his team need reinforcements n not always from their own ranks n this spells good news for the long suffering Gunners fans!

He might take the job cos it is easier to build up a team who will not involve in many games (except League & FA Cups) then to pick a team that's already in UCL. The expectant will be very high. Most managers will play reserves in League Cup (aka Mickey Mouse Cup) and win or loose also never mind, less games for stress...

If he can bring Everton to UCL next year, he's already consider a success. :yeah-im-not-drunk:

This goes the same for Klopp for 2016/17 season. He will be free to build up a team with less games & less stress in risk of injuries to players.

Let's see how it goes bro.

Just my personal opinion that Emery is looking at a step up, to a club that will be in UCL consistently. Emery relied on a strong system led by Monchi at Sevilla. He just needs to focus on coaching. Building a team is not something he is known for. So unless he wants to test himself and takes up this ultimate challenge. :D

Emery turned down a club last summer because they are not in UCL. Everton are not even in his favourite UEL.

So, unless there is a massive change of mind, I don't see Emery leaving Sevilla for Everton

There is a possibility as money makes the world goes round.

Not to forget a new challenge in a new league which is the currently the most popular watched league

Maybe he want use this chance to try and get his name known in the market

Agreed. THe important driver in Sevilla's success rest on Monchi strategic and financially prudent approach to football management and acquisitions of players. The coaching role (whoever there) is probably one of the components in the whole frame.

If Unai Emery get the Everton job, it would be a different eco-system and hence his "proven" success in Sevilla may not easily replicable in Everton. Tough call whether it is a blessing for him to take the job imo.
