dont say like that lei....that day i kana at carpark....the sensor refused to deduct the charges from my card. Spent 10 mins inserting the card manually again and again. Luckily the cars behind me (2 cars were my friends) were patient enough......one of them used his card to pay my parking charges. Good that comfort have in car cam that records voice too. can us it as an evidence if customer complaint about the taxi driver. All the staff need to do is to playback the video recorder. Now even better , got 128gb and 200gb micro SD card . can drive for days and the video still not overwritten yet. So technology improvement can put into good use.

Next time if customer complaint, I hope taxi company should playback the video, listen and watch the video to see who is wrong if the video is still not overwritten yet. It takes time but at least it serve as a good basis whether is it customer being very unreasonable or really taxi driver fault. Don't know whether taxi company got do that not? Or they just based on what the customer wrote in to complaint and then listen to taxi driver defend on his case then decide who is at wrong? If that's the case taxi company should review their investigation protocol to include opening up the video that is been recorded and watch it to see who is right and who is wrong. No need argue. That is what video camera is used for man. Put technology in good use.

I just want to say this. By the way, although I am a nurse and a male one at that, I dun know him so I am being objective here.

Does any if you realise that we do not really know that he is the culprit? We are assuming that the CSI was done correctly and it was not a case of someone taking advantage of the situation and posting his enemy face online.

Just want to say that from this incident, I learn one lesson.

It is very easy to incite hatred and destroy a person's life by online means.

Again, I do not know him. Not supporting or condemning him because I do not see actual evidence of his guilt. Just some CSI which may or may not be accurate. If I knew the taxi uncle and he told me yes this is the guy, then ok..

I'm not sure about him but if I am mistaken for someone who did something, I would NOT delete my online profile. I would come out and clarify that I'm not the person that people CSIed out. I would go all out to protect my name.
