But in this case, i rather choose to be a bit more forgiving.

Driver of the cam car just came out from a gantry and there are probably a few cars behind him, judging by the number of cars who overtook them and turned to the right side. It would be alot easier for the white car to reverse since he has nothing behind him at all.

Although the an Moh guy is wrong, the taxi driver should be punish too. If not more taxi driver will use this loophole and agitate people who have bad tamper. Then when the other guy beat him up, the taxi driver will then win the case and get free $ from the an Moh and not enough still and want to continue to send the an Moh to jail too. If this goes totally out of hand, it will leave not good impression for people coming to singapore from overseas and also investors in overseas as singapore is a very safe country. With this bad impression, they would have a different view of Singapore safety standard already. It's no good.

But I thought now they saying that the ang mo guy actually no wrong. Cuz he injured the taxi driver when trying to restrain him from running away. And the taxi driver also admit that he lied about the ang mo slapping him. Infact, they don't even have evidence the taxi driver was injured cuz he never even go to doctor for his neck injury.
