He goes on to suggest that men could use it to pick up girls at nightspots as women who have taken the drug "will be happy to go home with them".
Finally, he adds that the "pervert water" is strong enough to work even on girls who have been taking party drugs and whom may have developed "stronger resistance" to such drugs.
The netizen is touting the drug at 200 ringgit (about S$80) for a bottle which contains four doses.
A reader, Mr Zhang, had alerted Lianhe Wanbao to this drug and had wanted to buy it out of curiousity.
He was however, dissuaded by a friend who feels that such drugs are highly immoral and may get him into trouble with the law.
In addition, as "pervert water" is supposedly similar to plain water, this may simply be a scam to sell ordinary plain water to desperate men.
