110 sqm...yesterday got some advice from a master....think he's right....think dun go n "disturb" my current life since everything is ok..except farking rich...also i might not have the discipline to follow everything the master ask me to do......

when the wife goes to work... the family got 2 incomes... there fore better life...
later on, some pple become DINK double income no kids... life gets even better but no kids.. when they old... they scare gahmen dun take care.... so stress
the solution is to hv two wives... one to work for second income.. one to take care of kids and family.... and the man wont hv time and energy to go find mistress or go ktv... hence solve lotsa issues....
best if one divorce the wife.... then buy another HDB... then marry a foreign bride...
the first wife gets the first HDB... the man hv the second HDB and the second wife buy a property in her home town...

Time for this and that is how one manages his/her own time. Everyday also no time, it's how you manage it.
No such thing as no time, kids will take care of themselves, your father,mother's time, their parents didn't have time for
them, yet they grow up and did well for themselves, providing for you and your siblings. They had to tend to work in the fields
or elsewhere, and sometimes, elder brother/sister had to take care of the smaller ones.
This is what's called teaching them to be independent. If both don't work, then you will slowly rot away, and there is no way
you have money enough to sustain your lifestyle.

I almost bought my side got private 3 floor 99yrs landed property, now I kind of think back, was a good choice not to have,
