their rating is determine by real player performance actually.can any1 reply... does the youth team have their own league...? And why friendlies don update their performance? Cos I kinda bought players to occupy the youth team and was hoping they could take over the seniors some time later... Or did I just wasted my efforts taking in youth players and making them play all the friendlies?

I find that when you change formation, it takes quite a number of matches before you start getting better results.
Like need some time for your players to adapt to the new formation liddat...
